The onboarding process is designed to make your journey as smooth and efficient as possible. No dragons or wizards, just practical solutions.

Below you will find information on how we will interact with each. Please read through carefully and let me know if you have any questions.

Communication

We will communicate primarily through Slack.

Slack is a messaging app for businesses. It provides us with one central place to discuss your project, add files, get updates, have huddles etc. 

Emails can be used, however Slack will always be the first place to communicate. 

Project Management

Trello is my project management tool of choice. This will be where you and I can track your project, add tasks and deadlines. Please note that only one task will be completed at a time as discussed previously. 

Markup.io is where you will be able to see to visual progress of your project. Markup allows you to leave comments on the screen when we’re ready for feedback. 

Google Drive will be the place to store all files needed for the project. Whether this is word docs, spreadsheets, pdf’s or images. 

Billing

All invoicing is sent through my workspace account. These are sent directly to your inbox. Please check your spam box, as sometimes they go straight into spam until approved.
